How We're Different
Previous to the hospitality industry, J.T. spent 5 years in public accounting with a specialization in construction and hospitality industries. J.T. has been involved in 20+ hotel construction projects in his career. Entrepreneurial spirit, hard work and distinguished ethics are a foundation of J.T.’s career.
J.T. is a member of the American Institute and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. J.T. Is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and serves as a board member on the Lewis & Clark chapter.
He has a Business Administration Degree from Southeast Missouri St. University. During college, David worked at a local hotel. Upon graduation he went to work for Holiday Inn’s Inc. and spent the next ten years operating a variety of hotels for the company.
In 2006, David and JT Norville founded Midas Hospitality. David has been involved in 30+ hotel construction projects in his career.
Appointed by the County Executive, Mr. Robert serves as a Commissioner for the St. LouisConvention and Visitors Commission. He also is actively involved in local charities including the Franciscan Sisters, South County Chamber of Commerce and Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Chris and his wife, Lisa, have two children and 5 foster children and you will most often find them camping, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
He has experience overseeing all phases of multi-million dollar construction projects, including higher education, commercial, health care and retail projects for both private and public sector clients. Other highlights of his work include renovation, site improvements, utility relocation and tenant improvement of both occupied and unoccupied spaces. He has a broad background in contract negotiations, including design build, guarantee max price and hard bid projects. A team player, Terry holds an excellent track record of strong working relationship with owners, architects and engineers resulting in successful construction experiences.
Terry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Bradley University in Peoria IL. He grew up in St. Louis and presently lives in West County with his wife of 26 years and their two college age children.
Ryan grew up in the St. Louis area and earned a Bachelor’s of Interior Architecture from Kansas State University. When not working Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, building furniture, and hanging out with family. He and his wife Mackenzie welcomed their first son in August of 2017.
